Má vlast is a set of six symphonic poems composed between 1874 and 1879 by the Czech composer Bedřich Smetana.“

The last poem, „Z českých luhů a hájů“ in English „From Bohemia’s woods and fields“, is dedicated to the beauty of the Czech countryside. And that’s the way how I feel right now… Reappreciating our home country. I can’t wait for us to start re-discovering Czechia once again once the lockdown is over.

So this photo session is a twist on Smetana’s poem captured by our dearest friend and photographer Barbora. I took an inspiration and renamed this session to „From Bohemia’s meadows and groves“.
